Dear RTCU User,
This newsletter brings an awesome list of new RTCU products and
software releases not seen earlier in the entire history of the
Logic IO Newsletter!
No less than six new RTCU devices
are introduced improving the RTCU DX4, RTCU CX1 and RTCU AX9
series with additional memory capacity, added functionality and
higher flexibility.
The following new
software releases are now available for download:
Please visit the above links for detailed release details.
The following new RTCU devices are introduced:
- RTCU DX4i pro.
- RTCU DX4i warp.
- RTCU CX1 warp
- RTCU CX1 warp-c
- RTCU AX9i pro
- RTCU AX9i eco
The RTCU warp variants are
using the powerful "hardware on-demand"
concept to bring unprecedented new flexibility cost and feature
wise. In addition the price of the "on-demand" options are
reduced and more standard features are available.
All the new RTCU devices introduced in this newsletter operate
at maximum speed with full X32 memory capacity, and therefore
the Performance on-demand
option is no longer available. The
Performance option is now free
of charge for existing devices in the field.
Please
read much more below...

The
new RTCU CX1 warp series
simplifies the RTCU CX1 series dramatically, so that there
are now only two variants offered:
The
RTCU CX1 warp and
RTCU CX1 warp-c are both
offered at the same price as the former RTCU CX1i flex, and
with "hardware on-demand"
it is possible to upgrade to the full power of the former
RTCU CX1i pro and CX1 pro-c.
- Datalogger capacity increased from 0.5 MB to 1 MB.
- 1 x digital input and 1 x digital output as a
standard feature.
- Internal flash drive capacity increased from 0.5 MB
to 4 MB.
- Persistent memory increased from 0.5 MB to 3.5 MB
(option*).
The RTCU CX1 warp series include many sophisticated standard features and can be further upgraded as required with the following on-demand hardware features:
I/O: 2 x digital inputs, 2 x digital outputs and 1 x analog input (total).
RF: Medium range ISM band RF transceiver with on-board antenna.
COM: RS232/FMI and 1-Wire bus (warp) or CAN (warp-c).
FLASH: Micro-SD card reader and 3 MB extended flash.*
* PROMOTION: The FLASH on-demand option is FREE of charge until January 1, 2015
